Hi Everyone!!

I am so excited to start the journey of losing the excess weight as well as the excess mental baggage that goes with it!! Today is the first day of the rest of my life and I am Thankful to God to be afforded the chance to get healthy!! Congratulations to everyone that has made this decision to change their lives!! Kudos to those that are living the dream and actually losing the weight!! You all are my inspiration! This road is not going to be easy but the rewards will be will worth it!! TOGETHER WE WILL MAKE THIS HAPPEN!

My Goals:
My short term goal is to fit into my size 12 skinny jeans!! My long term goal is to lose 50 lbs by June 1. Right now I am a size 14 on my way to a 16:( and it is time to reverse the bad eating habit - weight gaining process. I know what I have to do and now I am on the road to creating a plan I can stick to!! YAY ME!!

My Program:
The very first thing I need to get a handle on is my eating habits. They are so out of control that I find myself craving all of the wrong things, eating at all the wrong times and ballooning into a person that is not comfortable in her skin. I cut soda and stopped eating after 8 pm. I am limiting my snacks to healthier choices I actually LIKE!! Next on the list is to get cardio into my routine~

I am Manda, from Milwaukee, WI and today I begin to change a lifetime of unhealty eating habits and weight gain, today is the first day of the NEW ME!!

Other Information:
I am a people person, so if you need to chat, inspiration or ideas please feel free to contact me. I am a shopaholic and I love to cook and of course eat good food....turns out too much of all of these things really do not work well together!! I am going to change that!
