    My experience with Weight Watchers has always been good but I never end up sticking to it long enough to lose a big chunk of weight. It is a great programs with a lot of support but I have tried it multiple times and I can't seem to keep it going. I think I like counting calories better number one because it's easier to count because everything has calories on the package or menu, and you don't have to look them up in a book to find the points amount second I think it is important to know how many calories a food contains not just a points number. It's a great program just not for me anymore. I am looking for something that will change my life and I think Sparks might be it. I have a hard time finding and keeping motivation, so it helps to read other peoples stories and see that they lost the same if not more than I need to and they have a fantastic life and I want that. I want that for me and my daughter. I need to be around for a long time for her. I want to go to the park and run around and go on hikes and go swimming plus I want to settle down one day and get married but I don't want to do that until I get healthy and lead the healthy lifestyle that I want and find someone who will want to walk that path with me as well. I NEED this change so I can start living the life I was meant to. I just need to find the glue to make it all stick. I will keep trying till I succeed again, I lost 130 pounds about 5 or 6 years ago only to gain it all back and then some. I need to find that strength again. Wow I can write a lot. Sorry! LOL
