Life change Nov 2017 waking up in immense lower back pain. March 1, 2018 L4-L5 Spinal Fusion after months of crazy horrible pain and suffering. March 1, 2019 Update: Slowly getting so much better. Low activity like walking great...if update my amount too much have side effect issues like glute/hip pain. Still struggling to sit normally over time. Overall in good spirits and blessed.

Creating personal change while living a good life. Update 4/17/2019 Ditto above...focusing now on my health. Back surgery March 2018 a life changer.

Healthy simply eating ... lots of veggies. Walk, walk, walk... play outside. Manage my enthusiasm to not increase pain. :)
