    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Winter we had Help Santa Fill His Sleigh, Run Rudolf Run and Super Bowl. If you decide this might be for you you can leave your name on the waitlist for the Spring challenge.     Thanks for the comments on my photo! I see you're juicing, for the same reason I did it, "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead." It really wasn't that bad. Day 3 was a KILLER, but I did it 2 years ago for 7 days, lost 6 pounds, and REALLY got myself back on track. Best of luck to you!

    I watched "Fat, Tired and Nearly Dead" and "Vegucated" on Netflix which iinspired me to try juicing. Then I ordered the Breville Juicer the Juice Fountain Pllus JE98XL and tried it out today, really liked it. I combined ruby red grapefruit, oranges, limes ginger root and beets for a nice drink. I just got my book by Joe Cross called "Reboot with Joe". He recommends 80% vegetables and 20% juice. So far so good. I use a regular juicer to juice the citrus fruit as they are hard to peel, and then just add that juice to the juice I make in the juicer. My goal is to figure out a way to juice chocolate chip cookies. LOL Another good book is "Veganomicon" by Moskowitz and Romero emoticon
