    Hey Sweetie!!!!!! Weight Loss isn't a wagon, it's a train. Just because you got off at a stop, get right back on. Weigh in the morning, first thing, take your lumps and move forward. It's never too late to start over!

    For me, you can scan through my blogs. Soccer has started, and we're really busy, but I've done a better job avoiding eating out at night by preplanning. This week I was weak -- my son's birthday is Sunday, so a lot of planning for that, but overall, I've been cooking in the evenings more.

    I still haven't broke 200 -- lowest was 200.6, dammit! I'm averaging a half pound loss a month, but I continue to walk. I'm up to 3 miles about five times a week, maybe 6. I have to watch doing it every day. My feet start to hurt really bad. I'm going to go buy new shoes this weekend to see if that helps.

    Even though the scale is stuck, I bought some new pants and I am in a 16, down from 18-20. So I'm seeing progress, and the scale doesn't really matter as far as that goes since I'm seeing results in other areas.

    Welcome back!!! It's frustrating how vacation disrupts everything -- I'm still trying to recover. I need to track my food this week too, I've never been that good about it, but I've been really slack lately. Your words encouraged me. Let's track it together!     Hey! How are you doing? I'm back from vacation -- I tried to eat within reason and stay really active, and I'm at least even. Did you have a good 4th holiday? I'm crazy busy at work after being gone, but just wanted to drop you a line.

    Hang in there -- you have lost a ton of weight and your body needs to adjust. Don't beat yourself up over 3 pounds - just focus on getting plenty of rest, and getting your fitness minutes in. Some weeks are definitely harder than others. But the good thing about this journey we are on is that if you monitor your weight you can make changes before you gain too much back. It's when I don't weigh for a month or so that I gain back, like last fall. So don't get down -- hold your head up and keep walking. emoticon
