I know where I am going in my life for the first time in a while and have got to build a better me to get there.

I'm going to get a job working abroad in wildlife conservation and education so I need to be strong and fit. Hiking 5 days a week through a Thai forest to conduct conservation research with elephants then a dive master internship in Fiji sounds good to me!

To keep myself motivated I want to train to be fit enough for a 5k and then a 10k. This would be amazing to do so I can run (and I mean run) the Race For Life to raise money for cancer research as I know a lot of amazing people who are fighting or have fought this horrible disease, and I would be proud to show my support for them and the cause.

Finally I want to train to get fit enough to start P90X. I've always wanted a strong body like the one you get from it but I've always thought I'm not good enough to do it, so instead of just getting down about not being able to do something, I'm taking steps to actually get it done!
