The journey of 75 lbs begins with one Step!
I'm a military wife looking to lose about 75-100 lbs. I have already lost 53! I'm training with an adult swim program and exercising regularly! Just looking for some encouragement in my journey.

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to do a triathlon in 2013! Mini goals are surviving my Masters Swimming workouts, doing at least 30 minutes of exercise 6 days a week, and losing around 1-2 lbs a week.
My Program:
I'm counting calories and exercising mostly. I'm trying to make changes that I can stick to long term. I take herbal/vitamin supplements, and I'm adding at least 1 fruit or veggie to each meal. Fruits are easy to add, because I love them! Veggies...not so much.
Personal Information:
Born and raised in the heart of Dixie. My husband is deployed and making lifestyle changes too. We have challenged each other and have a bet going. I WILL win this bet!
