My name is Jackie, and I'm becoming TERRIFICLY FIT! I've been a SparkPeople member since 2008, and now I'm here again for another round. I've had a complicated past four years, but now it's time to shed the skin my past self and emerge healthier than ever before.

Fitness Minutes: 70,318

My Goals:
My overall long-term goal is to stay healthy and fit the rest of my life. My long-term goal weight-wise is to have lost at least 37 lbs total from my highest weight in Feb. 2018. I started this process in Feb. 2018 and lost 23 lbs by end of 2018. While I gained 13 lbs back by mid 2019, I plan on losing at least 15 by end of 2019. Then that leaves the final 12 pounds for 2020. Slow and steady wins the race!


My Program:
1. Log food 7x
2. Eat within daily goal of 1400-1550 calories 6x
3. 2x cardio intervals, 1x steady cardio, 2x strength training
4. Drink 8+ cups of water 7x



Personal Information:
Originally from Fredericksburg, VA, I've lived in four different countries and several different states. Most recently I lived in Lima, Peru for 4 years. I have my own small business, a language institute, in San Diego. I was formerly on the liver transplant waiting list and hope to never return to the waiting list. Getting healthier and fitter will definitely help me to stay off it!
