Hello, Well I just turned 30, and I'm motivated to still have my 21 year old body and health. (So I won't look 30) When I'm 40 I can look 30. lol. Why Morning Carb for my title? I'm focusing on having my complex carbs mostly in the morning to early afternoon. If I have any at dinner it is only "wet" carbs - heavy on water and low on starch, such as cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage) once in a while some brown rice or whole wheat pasta. This will allget strict-Starting tomorrow 9-28. lol I am self-educated in the field of nutrition and working out. I just slack off sometimes when I party and go out to eat too much. Now that I am on a roll and motivated there is no stopping me. I have a good support network from CA to FL, and I can't wait to be back to my- just out of boot camp bod by the end of this year, so my news year resolution can be tone muscle -instead of lose weight for once, or maybe even something unrelated to weight loss! lol. I'm excited for a few friends of mine also making great progress and can't wait to celebrate together.

Fitness Minutes: 915

My Goals:
I plan to lose at least 30 lbs by the end of the year

My Program:
I walk at work for 30 minutes, and walk my puppy for 30-45 minutes a day, I workout at least 4 times a week at the gym (mix of cardio and weights) and I walk for an hour with friends over a bridge. It seems like all I have been doing is exercising lately! I have and it's been fun, I guess that's what keeps me doing it so much.

Personal Information:
I'm originally from Northern CA and have gained fitness and nutriton knowledge from working at Gyms, weight Loss centers, I just don't always practice what I preach. lol I now work in the corporate world- where I tend to gain weight- lo, but I've recently kickef up my exercise routine and tightened up on nutrition and meal planning. I now live in Fl and love the year round warm weather that motivates me to stay active!
