Hello my name is Trelisy but most call me Tea.
I realize it's time to be truthful to myself. I must admit I don't exercise regularly or eat the healthiest. I just find exercising boring and most health foods undesirable. Sounds crazy coming from a former Marine and Cheer/Dance coach. .. I know... that's why
I plan to change myself...my health, my physical appearance, and my mind set, especially the exercise. I'm going to get in some cardio and strength training at least 5 days a week. I know it's going to be hard but I'm really tired of the stomach flab, the back fat, and the jiggling thighs.

I've been down this road before but this time feels different. It was very disappointing to see the scale back in the 180's after working so hard to get to the 170's. It's on now...

My Program:
I've just started walking. My plan is to walk 3+miles 5 days a week and workout on the eliptical and gazelle machine. I'm also adding crunches (ab roller) to my workout.

I'm the mother of 1 beautiful daughter, Melaya, nickname Mea, age 2.
I would love to make fitness and health a part of MY life so that it would be a natural part of my daughter's life.


Other Information:
My biggest obstacle is my stomach and back flab. If anyone has suggestions, please post them to my spark page or send me a spark mail.
