Good Day! My name is Tiffany. I'm the proud new mother to a little boy born in September 2012. I had a very difficult pregnancy that included gestational diabetes and a herniated back that has put me on long-term disability. I know these things wouldn't have happened if I had been a healthy weight before getting pregnant. Now, I have lots of motivation to lose weight. First, I need my body to get better from the herniation. It was very bad (my left leg became nearly useless). Second, I love being a parent, and I want to get myself prepared to have more kids someday!

My Goals:
- 106 lbs to lose
- Strengthen my back
- Gain flexibility

My Program:
- Low carb eating
- 8 Glasses of water daily
- 30 minutes of aerobic exercise daily
- yoga 3 times a week

Personal Information:
I'm from NW Arkansas, and I currently live in Bella Vista with my husband, son, and two dogs. I've carved out a career in imaging, but I recently became a stay-at-home mom. In addition to losing weight, I'm looking to rediscover my artistic photography side, enjoy some DIY projects, and learn some new tricks (right now, I'm learning to program Apps).

    Thank you for your encouraging comment! I am 99% sure that pregnancy will destroy my body in new and inventive ways! I will definitely look into hamstring exercises to try and minimize the impact! I've had lower back problems in the past and still get pain there so any advice on how to minimize back pain during pregnancy or pre-pregnancy (I'm not pregnant yet!) would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you for commenting on my blog about Small Successes!! I love to spoil my puppies too. A bit of leftover something (like gravy) or a cooked vegetable I have laying around. They love it all if it resembles human food, lol.
