I am a 46 year old mother of three who is not in cardiovascular shape at all. I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but I do have a long road ahead of me if I want to be able to be active with my kids and not have to take a break every 10-15 minutes. Both of my pregnancies lead to bed rest and surgery after my second pregnancy lead to more bed rest. During those years I lost a lot on the cardiovascular endurance and just haven't been able to get it back. Recently I had to change career paths and that has led to a lot of stress and I haven't been able to get motivated. UGH... I am Paleo for the most part as far as eating, so that is not really my problem, but I need to get out there and exercise on a regular basis. I have a friend who is going to start this journey as well, but I think we all need a lot of people in our lives whether near or far away to help to motivate each other to a healthier new us... Cheers to you all that have accomplished your goals already and prayers and blessings to all of you beginning or that may be in a slump... No matter how fast we're going we are still lapping those sitting on their couch...

My Goals:
To be able to put on a bikini at 39 and say woohoo you did it! To make a life changing edit to my current lifestyle and live a healthy life for my family!

My Program:
I am exercising at least 3 times a week and monitoring the food I eat as well as trying to drink plenty of water, something I still haven't quite mastered.

Personal Information:
My friends and hubby are big inspirations for me... we're all in this together, and if one of us has a bad week, another of us is there to pick that person up and let them know that they can do it!

Other Information:
Don't ever say that you can't... with hard work we all can!

    Hi there! Happy New Year! (I'm getting them in early)

    Thanks for stopping by my page. I went away for Christmas and am now catching up with everything Spark. I haven't checked out the cranio-sacral work but Adam's migraines have eased a lot since he started on medication in the Summer. Thanks for asking about him.

    Am I missing something, your food log looks blank back to 11/17. Is that right? Come now, you haven't been that bad. You are only 3 pounds from your goal!!!! Keep up the good work!

    hey there friend-o-mine!!! You have a good week spark-wise? Vits? Exercise? Eat well? I totally slumped this week, but am not stressing at this point, gonna just give it a new whirl on Monday. I was really good 3 out of 4 weeks this month. I am REALLY happy that you are stickin this out with me, we are gonna be so happy with it all this summer! Love ya and can't wait for Friday! HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!!!!
