I have lost 150 pounds in the last two years. I was 280, probably closer to 300 at my heaviest and I am currently 137 pounds. (well that was then, i've put on 8 lbs, and now i am at 145) SHEESH!! My goal is to be healthy and toned whatever that weight is. I would like to be tone and I work hard at that. I see a personal trainer for weight training 3 times a week. I dont have money, we trade training for rent. Works out great! I love chocolate, more so now than when i was heavy. Weird. I feel very positive about where I am and where I'm going in life. The man that I am marrying fell in love with me at 280 and continues to love me as strongly now. I am lucky.

My Goals:
Keep the 150 I have lost so far off. Continue the battle against obesity. To eat, live, and think healthy. DRINK 8 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY!! I want to run 4 miles at one stretch, currently I am at 1.5, but I am walking the rest. I would like to eventually run a marathon. Stick to the non-smoking!!!

My Program:
I walk/run in the mornings - 4 miles. I recently quit smoking so I walk during my breaks and lunches at work. Sometimes I will do the stairs at work, doing that makes me breath heavy, therefore no desire for a cig. I eat one activia yogurt a day, helps regulate ladies! I eat as many natural foods as possible - fruits, veggies, meats, grains, dairies and such.

Personal Information:
I am from no-where in particular, my father was in the military, we were never in one place for very long. But I would call Colorado my home now. Oh how appropriate that they have a ladybug as a ticker. I LOVE LADYBUGS!

Other Information:
When I was obese I never understood the saying "Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels." I 100% understand that now, and live by it.
