I am 43 years old and I think in good shape but, I want to be in great shape!

    Tatortot- Thanks for visiting my spark page. My abs are the result of proper diet and lots of cardio. I can say that those two things are truly the key because I recently upped the cardio and the abs are now even leaner. You look great too! I hope I can look as good when my kids are as old as yours.
