Im starting over. Im 26 years of and I am SICK AND TIRED of being overweight. Im sick of catty girls having the abilty to make fun of my noticable flaws and Im sick of failing! Every goal I have set for myslef has been a failure and after gaining 10 pounds on the holidays im over it!

I'm getting married in October of 2010 and I want to look amazing on my wedding day and on our honeymooon and for the rest of my life. My fiance and I have dedicated ourselves to these goals, we only allow healthy food in our house and one night a week to eat out and have the ability to eat outside our diet (to prevent binging). We workout every night of the week and on Saturdays sometimes and I am dedicated to looking amazing. I know im not ugly as a fat girl so I can only imagine what I would look like skinny!

I hope to have positive updates on my weekly blogs!

Fitness Minutes: 3,667

My Goals:
** To lose 50 pounds by the end of 2009

** To lose at least 25 pounds by July 1.

** To feel confident and feel amazing wedding dress shopping this spring!


My Program:
* Drink 8 glasses of water a day. (it increases your metabolism by 3%!)

* Cardio 4-5 times per week lasting between 45 min to 1 hr.

* Weight training 2-3 times per week.

*Calorie counting (stay between 1200 - 1500 calories per day)

* Keep a daily food and activity journal.

*Stay away from high carb foods at night and soda.



Personal Information:
I have a BA in Psychology and am going back to school for Dental Hygiene. I have a wonderful supportive family and the most amazing boyfriend which I hope to marry in October of 2010. I am very blessed and the only thing that makes me unhappy is my weight, now im doing something about it!

    Hi, I added you as a friend. I saw you profile pic on the Slim in 6 team. Not sure if you are still active but if you are stop by my page and let me know. I have been working on the SI6 for a week and a half now. I like it and am looking for friends for motivation. I plan on incoporating other things into my workouts like running when I get a littl better at it.
