GREETINGS!!! I am mainly doing the 20 minute because I find myself only having time to workout (or motivation) right now early morning- I have to be at work at 8am. I DO do the 45 minute one Fridays and Sundays if I can. How about you?? This Monday I am beginninga more clean way of life :) How about you- would you like to check in during mornings or evenings???
