My name is Concilia, a proud mother of two young men! I was born in Zimbabwe but am currently in the UK. I love food (go figure!!), walking (which has somehow turned to running), music, dancing & craft.

    I actually woke up early enough to go workout. What did I do? I sat in bed until it was too late. Then got up and went to work. How lazy is that? Hopefully, I will have a better outlook on Monday. I will be working out during lunch today though.
