A bit of me


I am 43 and am trying to lose the last 15 pounds that I need to lose....again.
I am losing weight to get healthier and to be happier about myself.
I lost over 100 pounds 10 years ago with exercise and healthy foods. I started gaining a bit back slowly 3 years ago. Last November I decided it was time to get back on the right track and so far I have lost 18 pounds.

Fitness Minutes: 4,894

My Goals:
To get anywhere between 130 -145 pounds. Once I get to 145 I will see how I feel and go from there. I want to feel comfortable and happy with myself.

My Program:
 I watch my food intake much closer and I work out on my elliptical trainer and Dvds at least 3 days a week.


Personal Information:
I live in South Texas Near Corpus Christi and am a former ICU RN and currently a dialysis RN.
