    A week has passed and you have been working on you. How have you done? Do you need any help? Some days may be harder than others but I am a post spark mail or spark page away. Little mishaps will happen. Having a bite or two won't hurt as long as it stops there. You are not on a diet but a change in lifestyle. I have faith in you, us, that we can do this. Believe in yourself as I believe in you.
