Tammy's Journey to Fitness


I am a 40 something mother of two. I've been married to my high school sweetheart for 23 years. I want to lose enough weight to really be fit and healthy. I have had weight issues most of my life but it has gotten much worse in recent years after I developed a thyroid problem. I now take medicine for that and I am working through foot and ankle problems caused by my weight. I am hoping to be a good role model and inspiration for my 2 daughters who also have the thyroid and weight problems. We ...

My Goals:
To get back to a healthy weight of about 160 Lbs. and regain flexibility and stamina.

My Program:
 I am eating healthier foods, tracking what I eat, exercising more and tracking it. I am also doing motivational work to keep me positive and moving.
