Introduction Text Starting Over I am the Business Office Manager/Personnel Administrator/Assistant to the Publisher of Columbia Greene Media Corporation. I'm married to a wonderful, supportive and loving man and have 2 grown sons who I am extremely proud of. I have been a member of SparkPeople for quite a few years now but have been inactive for quite some time. I've put on alot of weight and got out of shape since I've been AWOL. Now it's time for me to start over. I'm ready to make the commitment to lose the weight and get back into shape. I'm looking forward to reconnecting with old friends and make some new ones. So.......my goals are, to get healthy, lose weight and get back into great shape. Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. Feel free to add me as a spark friend. Goals for 2017: Exercise Regularly. Healthy Eating Habits. Lower Blood Pressure. Lose fat and build lean muscle. ENJOY LIFE TO THE FULLEST !!!

To start exercise 4-5 Days Per Week (Cardio/Weights) and eventually build up to 6-7 Days Per Week. Diet - Lean Meats, Fresh Fruits and Veggies, "Good" Fats. Water - Lots of it!!

I live in Stockport, a small town in Columbia County, NY with my husband Steve. I have 2 sons, Chris and Alex. I love spending time with my family and friends.

I am starting to get back on track with exercising and eating healthy.
