I'm a 39 year old wife and mom to 4 children. Our kids are 14, 17, 19, and 21 years old. I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I've started trying to improve my life and quit so many times that I can't even come up with a number. I lost a little over 50 lbs in 2014. I was only 2 lbs away from being under 100 lbs. A number I hadn't seen since high school. Then, I just quit. I quit exercising, I ate what ever I wanted. I watched all of my hard work and progress fly right out the window. I felt so mad at myself because I failed. Again. Like always. I don't know what it was about that time but I had motivation and determination that I had never felt before. I want that again. I want to be proud and feel better. I want to be a better wife and mom and just a better me.

My Goals:
I want to lose 100 lbs. I know that I can stand to lose more than that but I will worry about that if the ever comes that I do lose 100 lbs.

My Program:
I never really had a set program. I track my calories, eat better, and am more active.

Personal Information:
I am a shy but friendly person. I get embarrassed about my weight easily even though I have such an amazing and loving husband that thinks I am the most beautiful woman in the world. I lost my mom at age 12 and my dad at age 25. I don't want my kids to be without me at such young ages. I need to change my habits though or they would very well be without their mom too.

I am visualizing losing 30 pounds by the end of 2019.
