My Goals:
I restarted this Journey 6-12-11 and I know I can do this again and will lose 100 lbs before my sun Graduates may2012!!!

My Program:
 I am 43 and at this time I have no health issues and would love to keep it that way. So I will eat healthy and exercise to keep myself from following in my families history of short lives to be with my children and future grandchildrens lives.
