    Hi, hope your having a good day. Work is slow so I'm spending some time being encouraged and checking out my Sparkteams. Remember if you blow it, just start over with the next meal. It took years for me to learn that....I would blow it for a week, a weekend or even a month but not anymore. I know you can do it..

    Szartner, Thank you for stopping by my blog "Stop the fat talk". You will get there. I started at 227. I committed to 10 minutes a day. I would tell myself that I would go a MINIMUM of 10 minutes at a time. 10 minutes always turned into more. But start with 10 and build yourself up. Don't over do it because then you'll quit.
