My Goals:
My goal is to lose and maintain enough weight for the purpose of preventing full-blown diabetes. I'd like to just also "trim up" to look healthier and sexier!

My Program:
 Since faced with the possibility of diabetes, I immediately became "cold turkey" with snacking that I purchased alot of "healthy" substitutes. It's a "mind thing"with snacking really and I'm figuring if I don't buy it then I won't eat it - and viceaversa.


Personal Information:
I am from and reside in Columbia, SC. On paper, I'm single but technically and committedly, I'm totally in love with my fiance and father of our two sons, Sax_88 (Reggie).

Other Information:
 Currently pursuing a Masters degree from Webster University. I am also employed full-time with the State of South Carolina.
