I am looking forward to connecting with other SparkPeople and encouraging others.

I use the no diet philosophy - I listen to my body for when, what and how much to eat, practice visualization, and plan relaxation to take care of stress.

And I love to move - it makes me feel alive!

Fitness Minutes: 11,311

My Goals:
1) I intend to relax and take care of my stress daily.

2) I will eat only when I am hungry. Before I eat anything I will check in with myself. Then slow down and savor without distractions.

3) I will enjoy moving my body, preferably outside.

4) I will take time to nurture my spiritual life every morning and journal.

5) I will create a serene environment to sleep well and shut down the computer and tv at least ½ hour before bed.

My Program:
I plan to eat only when hungry and eating just until satisfied.

I am adding more whole grains and produce.

I plan on doing cardio 4 times a week for at least 30 minutes and strength train plus yoga 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes.

Personal Information:
I am Beth, a work at home mom with two teenagers kids and a husband who has a matching sweet tooth to mine. I help others simplify and declutter.

I love to hike outside, swim, walk on the beach, do some of the P90X videos, yoga, pilates, tennis with my son, dance with my daughter, bike ride with my teens, lift weights, garden and take walks.
