Hi! Just read your response on Lynda's blog, wonder Woman & Sushi! First of all, if your weight is 121, you are far from being overweight at 5'!! Sounds like a perfect weight for your height and age! I just wanted to stop by and ask you not to give up! Fitness trackers.... We were able to move and be active long before they came along! You can continue to do well and keep active now too! shoot, I use a cheap $9 pedometer! I'm blind and it talks. that is all I need and I really don't even need it to move! You can do this!! Keep Sparkling, you are a Wonder woman!!

I will keep you in my prayers. My mother had Alzheimers as well. She is in Heaven now and no longer suffering. My heart goes out to you. May God bless you and your family. emoticon

Folks around me are having a hard time accepting my new food habits too. It's glorious to be essentially free of the inflammatory pain. Reducing the inflammation gave my body the ability to heal the pelvic fracture. To be able to run again is sheer joy for me. Having the strength to do a emoticon again tickles me. There's no doubt in my mind that I've been able to get back to these things because I'm nourishing my body in a manner that supports it in being at its best.

I have immense respect for folks like your son with the capability to run ultras. Incredible! I'm glad he's discovered what supports him in being at his best.

Nutrition is an incredibly powerful thing. Far more powerful than I ever realized.
