My name is Dawn, i am a mother of two girls and would like to lose the last of my weight gained during pregnancy. I am turning 30 in august and my goal is to lose 15-20pds before then. I
am a hairstylist and love my job and family, but not lovin my weight. I am on and off when it comes to eating right and excercising. Need to get back in the groove and this time STAY there and be healthy, because i feel so much better about myself. Hoping this website will help me stay on track for good!

---------------MY GOALS--------------
By august 12, (my birthday)I would like to lose 15-20 pds.

By Sept 29, (my hubbies b-day) I would like to be to my goal weight of 125 lbs.

Depending on how i feel and look, maybe lose another 5-10 pds.

I want to start lifting weights to tone.

By next summer i want to repierce my belly button after having kids, and be able to show off my nicely toned belly in a bikini.

If anyone has similar goals, and would like to try to reach these with me, let me know, and maybe we can buddy up.

My Goals:
To drink my 8 glasses of water a day, and to STAY MOTIVATED!!!!!!!!!

My Program:
Just started sparkpeople 6/3. Am starting by tracking daily calories in journal. On 6/9 will start excercising on elliptical-5x a wk for 20-40 min.
On 6/16 wll add ab work and a few light strengh-training moves.
