I'm 29 yrs old and have been married for 8 years. I have no kids of my own but work daily with the greatest group of 4 year olds in my K4 classroom.

After years and years of being over weight, and getting old before my time due to it. I've decided that this year, my last yr in my twenties was going to be dedicated to a better me. I have lost about 15 pounds thus far and even joined a gym and going regularly (physical activities and me have never mixed).

My Goals:
1. sit on the floor with kids at school (completed)
2. have more energy after getting off work
3. Sleep all the way through the nightw/o waking up 3 or 4 or more times for no reason
4. Feel healthy
5. Run a 5K
6. Enjoy shopping again
7. Say NO to ice cream w/o thinking about it

My Program:
I have giving up red meat and have replaced it with poultry and fish
- Eating more fresh fruit and veggies
-Kicked process foods and Big Mac's to the curb
-Stopped drinking sodas and reward myself with an occational Coke Zero
-Drinking WATER!!!!
-my most proud of I'm excersicing!!

Personal Information:
I am from Greenville- Live right outside Pelzer and work in Mauldin.

I'm a K4 teacher to the brightest kids around!!

Other Information:
I love and live for music!!! Rock is my love and defiantly something that gets me through the day.

I am also a HUGE Star Wars and Harry Potter freak.

I enjoy watching the really good Blockbuster movies and the challenge of finding a horror movie that scares me. Not into chic flicks nor stupid comedy (if Jack Black is in it, Im not watching it)

I enjoy the outdoors any means I can get out in it I'm there. I love camping though don't get to as much as I like. And enjoy hicking in the mountains.

I'm wanting to take up some sort of Martial Arts and ballroom dancing.
