I have been on a diet for more than half of my life. I have lost and gained more times than I can count. I am a stress eater and find so much comfort in food. I love food, I love the way it taste and smells. I love the texture,colors and variety food has to offer. I suppose I have been having a love affair with food since I was 10 years old.

    I thought maybe since we both just started Sensa about the same time, we could support one another on thsi journey a bit...I am usually on SP mon-fri but not on the weekends...hard for me to get on the computer on the weekends with 2 little boys, so only when I am at work.
