After making many attempts to lose weight, I have finally found sparkpeople. Though I joined the website a few years back, it is now that I have realized its importance in making one accountable towards achieving fitness goals. So working towards achieving the goal of getting a healthier, happier & fitter me :)

The spring 2015 5% challenge is over. During the challenge I got my much awaited transfer and moved to Mumbai. As a result, I was able to lose only 2lbs during the challenge. Now its time for the Summer 2015 challenge and the BLC 28. My challenge commitments remain the same as earlier:
a) Exercise in any form everyday for at least 30 minutes. As I have a small baby (one year old), I chose to keep the schedule flexible. It can be either a walk/ run outside or some workout videos at home.
b) Tracking food would be difficult for me. However, I commit to cut down junk food and soda and try not to eat anything after 9 PM.

My Summer 2015 5% challenge goal: Lose around 5 kilos in 8 weeks of the challenge.
