Hi! I am a 35 year old stay at home mom of three beautiful children. Their ages are 8, 6 and 3. I have finally decided it is time for "mom" to get healthy and lose all the baby weight I have put on over the last 9 years. I started jog/walking in June 08. I could barely run down the street without getting out of breath.
In April '09 I started running 3 - 4 times a week for 25 mins a day... I have finally shed the "baby weight"!! Now it's time to get fit for myself.
