Hi my name is Suzanne.I want to weigh 130 lbs. Is this too much to ask?? LOL!
I love to walk and exercise on the Wii fit which I was very lucky to have found. It's great fun! I have MS and it has made it difficult for me to lose weight since fatigue is my worst symptom these days - And I'll take it! I really love reading about fitness and health and healing in general. I wish time and energy would allow me to exercise everyday because I love it so much. I just get so tired easily.

The worst I've ever been with the MS is when I was about 19 yrs. old. I had total body numbness to the point where my stomach felt numb internally. I lost weight until I hit 101 lbs. One day I decided you know what? I have MS but MS does not have me! I decided I was going to take charge and from then on I have been stronger than I ever have. I think this is the healthiest I have ever felt.
I finished all 50 miles of the 50 mile Challenge in Cape Cod in September! It is such a big deal to me. Now I know that I can accomplish anything I set my mind and my heart to. God Bless all who visit my page!!

My Goals:
I would really love to reach my goal weight of 130 lbs. I'm not too far away! I have 19 lbs. to go. It still seems like it's taking forever. I started trying to lose weight after the birth of my daughter when I weighed 204 lbs. in 2006. Now I'm 149 lbs. I know I can get there.

My Program:
I love to walk and I'm also a Massage Therapist which is of course a very physical job. I also love to dance around the house with my almost 3yr. old daugher. I also love to challenge my husband on the Wii. If it's fun then I can do it!

Personal Information:
My name is Suzanne and I have been married to the most wonderful man for almost 12 yrs. He's been there for me since my first symtom of MS and he STILL wanted to marry me! We also had our first child almost 3 yrs ago and she is the love of our lives. I am madly in love with my dog Angel. She has comforted me through some very tough times.

Other Information:
I love to read. I'm also a Massage Therapist and Reiki Master. I want to help those the way I was helped through my rough times through different healing modalities.

    Working extra hours can zap our energy to exercise when we get home--do you get breaks at work? You can do little things to increase your activity level at work--do you have a sit down job? Here's some ideas for that--get up and stretch--print stuff at a copier or printer fathest from you and get up to go get it--don't e-mail a fellow worker, get up and walk to their desk--take steps instead of elevator--park further away from front door--take a 10-15 minute walk at lunch--actually, the more you move the more oxygen gets flowing and you will feel better. Every little bit helps--and I am sure when you get home you need to spend time with that little 2 year old--My youngest is 18 now and it is hard for me to believe how time flew with all 3 of my boys--Enjoy the trip to Disney--anytime you need encouragement--drop me a note--I have off during the summer so I have lots of time on my hands right now.
