    Hey Suzanne. It's so nice to see members from when I was active on here before pregnancy and being void from the social side of Spark! Do you still eat only meat? I remember this so vividly and you would not believe how many times I've thought about you and your lifestyle in my absence!

    Anyway - Until last week - I was only eating around 1200 calories. Carbs were generally between 25-40g. Last week I cycled up in calories (1300 - 1700) and I did let the carb count creep on me. 45-55 I know I've got to cycle back down. I also got careless this last week with sugar alcohols and so forth. I know better! They just start the cravings.

    I'm back in public accounting again. Yes I'm working more hours than normal and two little ones to chase around. I am averaging about 7 hours sleep a night though. I don't know. I feel like I should be feeling BETTER overall. Not drained.
