I am originally from San Francisco, CA. My husband is originally from here, Pensacola FL.
I am working on getting down to 160 lbs. and trying to create all sorts of motivational supports to keep me from getting off track.

Fitness Minutes: 11,947

My Goals:
To get to the 220s by Thanksgiving 2009.

To get to 180 by mid-April 2010 when I go on my my first cruise since I was a toddler

To reach 160 by Summer 2010 and stay there ...

To be size 8 again by Summer 2010 or before and stay there!

To be able to swim 100 laps consecutively like I did in college circa 1999.

To be able to wear a bathing suit without feeling overly self-conscious about my body.

My Program:
I have been working out at a gym since May 2008 and have a personal trainer 2x per week. I go to the gym 5 days a week. I do strength training with my trainer on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. I do an hour of spin class on Tuesdays & Thursdays. I do 30-40 minutes of cardio, using the stair stepper &/or elliptical machine, following strength training sessions.

Personal Information:
I was born and raised in San Francisco, CA. I have lived in Pensacola, FL since October 2001. I greatly miss my friends and my grandmother in California. I have been very happily married over six years. We have no children yet but not due to not wanting them.

I LOVE Dolphins!!!

Other Information:
So far I have no acute medical problems but I know that if I keep going the way I was going with my weight and my eating that I was just asking for problems such as Type 2 diabetes, etc.
