My Goals:
My immediate goal is to lose 2 pounds per week for the next 12 weeks.

My Program:
 I am doing the Body-for-Life program.


Personal Information:
I used to love running, but developed medical conditions that made it too difficult to keep up my previous speeds and mileage. I am working on enjoying shorter distances and slower paces.

Other Information:
 I love photography and hiking. The two activities compliment each other nicely.
