My thoughts on why I'm losing weight with this leptin diet thing... There's no snacking between meals and I have stuck with that and only make an exception when my blood glucose is crashing. So it's forcing me to deal with the stress eating at work, which is good. No stress eating means no unplanned calories.
When I'm able to stick to the schedule, I feel great. No hunger until just before meal time. No cravings. And that is the part that feels like witchcraft to me. How is it possible that NOT eating between meals helps cravings and hunger signals to subside?
The weight loss has been moderate; 1 pound/week after the initial loss, which I attribute to bloat and water retention. 5 days ago
