    It is so good to see you! I’m glad you are enjoying retirement and yoga and other fun activities that retirement allows.
    Thank you for your sweet comments on my picture. We’re doing well. My husband has cancer so we have been immersed in his diagnosis and treatment plan for the past few months. We are very hopeful and optimistic. Life is good. So glad you are well!!!!!

    I'm glad you found labyrinths nearby to visit! They are indeed a great place to practice walking meditation, perhaps letting go on the way in and holding that open space for something new on the way out. If I'm ever in Michigan, I'd like to visit here:

    Thank you so much, Susie, for the goodie and love regarding our new grand son. He is definitely a little guy but so cute and doing really well. We are headed to San Diego again tomorrow to spend some more time with him. We will also celebrate our youngest son's 34th birthday while we are there. Our oldest and youngest sons live in SD.
