2013 is the Year
I just joined to make a difference for myself in 2013. I am in my early 50's. My husband has an early onset dementia and after caring for him at home he is now in a NH. I still work full time and visit him each evening so my days are long. I want some great ideas on how to increase my energy level.

You might think about joining a care giver support team, you would get lots of support in that area and I think it would give you more energy having that support.
