    I have been on Sparkpeople for a few years and I am ambarrassed to say that I am still lost with this program.
    Can you give me a blueprint or directions as to how to follow? I seem to be all over the place with it and tend to get frustrated alot because I feel lost.
    So the one question I have right now is how to use my calorie intake to lose weight.
    According to this plan I need 1200 to 1550 calories daily.
    And I read that in order to lose a pound a week, I should use 500 less daily.
    So do I now plan on 700 to 1050 calories daily?
    If not then how do I do it? I am pretty confused and it makes me feel like I should know this and yet I just haven't got it.
    Please help me out on this. Thanks and many hugs
