I'm making 2010 MY year...to focus on my health and my happiness. I think that will be the best gift I can give myself and my family.

Fitness Minutes: 1,369

My Goals:
In 2010, I will make positive decisions about my employment and I will lose 50 pounds.

My Program:
 1. Reading The Spark! (it's awesome!)
2. Exercise 10 minutes/day
3. Cardio 5x a week
4. Spark Your Body Bootcamp
5. Drinking 8 cups of water/day
6. Tracking food everyday
7. Telling myself that I can do this and that I am worth it!


Personal Information:
I am a busy mother of 3 teenage boys. Between my job, starting 2 new businesses in 2009, being a mom and wife I have no time for myself. I am working hard to not feel guilty when I take the time for my health and well being.
