Every year I write a list of goals to set for myself and I do accomplish them. I keep the list handy and as I complete each item, I cross it off the list-this gives me a "visual sense of accomplishment". It really works!Last year's goals were things I needed to do (ex.: finish school, pay off some bills, and so on), Now it's time for ME! I want to do this! 2017 plans: I have to stay committed to working out and eating right consistently.. Being consistent will be the key to 2017 for me! 2010 I am focusing on committment and health. New beginnings, i want to work on Appreciation. Do something everyday or week to make myself feel good about myself. Somewhere in the mix of trying to "improve"myself, i ended up making myself feel bad about myself if i didnt meet my goals. Since i usually finish what i is easy to give up when the results are not what you want or expect. I am trying to push myself a little harder, stay committed, and not be so hard on myself if i slack off or dont meet the set goals..after all they are just numbers! I am beautiful..on the inside and out, no matter what! and YOU are beautiful too! So that being said, it is time to shake that bon bon....all the way to happiness! Last year's goal-2009, is the year of not looking back. New beginnings indeed, I am letting go of the past and moving forward with my agenda. It is all about ME, ME, ME, ME! I want to work on myself - mind body and soul!

My Goals:
My goal is to be healthier and more active. I want to take care of myself and lose the weight I have put on by all that "Good eatin"!lol. Seriously, I want to learn new things like -surfing, belly dancing (without the belly-ya know),maybe some tap dancing and go back to swimming and/ or theatre.

My Program:
I am being more conscious of what I eat. I am measuring servings!
Going for a walk at lunch time.
