08/18/19 = Started slow jogging & walking = 5-6 days
09/09/19 = Started jogging 1/2 mile non-stop on M, W, F.
09/24/19 = Ran my 1st EVER MILE non-stop, yeh! age 63/obese

My Program:
My doctor recommended the following but honestly it is kind of hard to stick too LONGGG term:

* Goal = 1200 calories per day = per my Doctor's orders for the rest of my life he said.
* Exercise daily or at least 3X per week
* Make and eat a LARGE HUGEEEEE salad every day!
* Light dressing
* Lean Protein = 2 to 3 oz per serving
* Sugar-Free Popsicles or Sugar-Free Jello with light whip cream + Sugar-Free Gum
* Water = GOAL: half gallon of water a day
* Take meds daily
* My formula works for me so stick to the PLAN of eating a LARGE Huge salad daily
* My usual salad: Lots of lettuce, 1 cup of Nalley beans, 1/2 cup can chicken breast, lite ranch.
* My previous PLAN results = 280.6 lbs (04/30/20) - 267.4 lbs (05/19/20) = 12.6 lbs lost in 19 days
