Hey there from Ne Ohio. I have been gaining and losing my whole life it seems. My highest weight was 170 a couple years ago which slows ya down when you're only 5 feet tall. Recently, I've joined the gym and am really enjoying my time working out. I am happy to be back and looking forward to hitting my goals. My motto is never give up and keep going forward! And looking forward to meeting great people along the way.

Fitness Minutes: 14,850

My Goals:
Run a half marathon in May! I had never been able to run until a few years ago(too much pain). Now I have the can but am no where in shape enough yet. I have always wanted to run a long distance race and never believed I could. I have decided to put that thinking in the past and start new!! In the process I'd like to loss 35 lbs and maintain that.

My Program:
My program right now is 6 to 7 days of cadio for 1 hr and sometimes more.
Usually I use the elliptical, treadmill and recumbent bike or some mixture of those

I really need to add strength training starting today and do that 2-3 times a week.

My calories allowed are between 1250 and 1600 which I genally stay towards the lower end.

I do track everything I eat everyday and feel that is a major part of why i am succedeeding right now

I LOVE LOVE LOVE to read! Fantasy, Romance, UF, suspense, Thrillers, horror You name it I'll read it! Other likes computers, my dog, Cleveand sports teams, and TV(esp Food Network)
