HI!!

Lots of changes in the past year, My husband and I have retired, we are selling a home and moving to a new state where we have built a new home. WE love our new home and community and are so happy with life after a few stressful years.

SPRING UPDATE: after only one month in our new home my dad became very ill and we have spent most of the last few months back in our home state caring for him. It is harder to eat healthy and exercise when you are a 24/7 caretaker and not in your own home, not to mention stress eating! I wouldn’t ever change a thing and am so glad for every minute spent with my Dad before he passed on. But now that we are back home, I must get back to my healthy habits: daily exercise, healthy eating and drinking more water. Most importantly, banish any junk food from my life!

Hoping to become as healthy as I can possibly be. Daily outdoor activity is "non-negotiable" and hubby and I are both committed to an hour a day of exercise. He eats anything I make so cooking and eating healthy is easy.

Just LOVE LOVE LOVE the support of my 5% challenge team and being a part of the Champions in the Kitchen team!
I can't begin to tell you how important and helpful you are!

Fitness Minutes: 13,340

My Goals:
I am on my way to being the healthiest I've ever been!
I want to be fully functional and pain free from Fibromyalgia and Migraines
I want to feel good and look healthy and hopefully slip back into a good BMI range!


My Program:
Eat low carbohydrates
Eat 15 fruits and vegetables daily
Exercise 60 min every day
Drink 8 glasses of water a day
