A Better Version of Me


Hello Sparkers! I'm Karyn... and I'm here on sparkpeople because in the past year I've put on a 30lb weight gain and sort of lost myself along the way. I didn't recognize myself when I looked in the mirror and and my self confidence was at an all time low. I am here now to re-learn healthy living habits and feel comfortable in my skin again. =] I would love to make some friends on here for support and to share stories to feel free to add me! :)

Fitness Minutes: 755

My Goals:
To fit back into my clothes... and start exercising regularly again!

Maintain between 120-125

Track my calories daily

Like what I see when I look in the mirror.

Gain confidence and prove to myself that I can do this

My Program:
 I keep a food journal and eat between 1200 - 1600 calories a day.

Exercise 6 days a week using my elliptical for 20-30 min and doing light weights.

Take walks with my dog any boyfriend.


Personal Information:
Currently I live in Hampton Beach, NH... with my boyfriend and Boston Terrier Harlee. I am originally from Boston and love the Red Sox, Celtics, Patriots and Bruins =] I am a country music freak and love to go to as many concerts as I can!
