My Goals:
I am trying to get into a lifestyle where I exercise and eat good things. I made my weight goals and spark goals (1 year straight and 100,000 points).

My Program:
 I have yo yo'd over about 90 lbs. I am tired of it. This time I am at my highest so I am just going to change and focus on what it is that I really want.


Personal Information:
I have moved around the world and lived in 11 countries. I currently live in Vietnam I have performed 56 different job functions to date.

Other Information:
 I love to watch people and travel.

    Hi, again. What kind of books do you like to read? I love mysteries, and comedy who-dunits. Also, some autobiologies. I have some favorite authors that I always add to the hundreds of books I seem to accumulate. I share with my sisters and brothers, as well as other organizations.

    Enjoy the sunshine in Italy. emoticon

    Both pix on my Spark Page are brothers. Cade is the one flexing, Cage is the little one I'm holding. I wish my daughter hadn't named them so closely, plus they were born on the same date, two years apart.
