    I went ahead and ordered a Fitbit Versa...but then after the fact, realized that it's probably going to do all the same stuff as my Garmin! Oh well, I'll try both and see which I like better. I'm used to wearing my Fitbit all the time, and my Garmin only when I'm working out. It'll be an adjustment.

    Yes, part of the IF theory is that you will naturally eat less, BUT I think the bigger part is that your body's insulin production and growth hormones work better in that 12-16 hour fasting range. Combining that with Keto should give even better results.

    Thanks for the Keto info leads. I will check them out. My Dr. had recommended book called "Always Hungry" by Dr. Ludwig and it is Keto-esque. And I'm finding lower carb with higher fat, I don't feel as hungry. But I'm no where near the Keto low carb.. just trying to figure out what works best for me.
