It has been a long road to get this unhealthy - I can't believe I did this to myself. I am determined to undo it though. I have to do this for my health and the health and safety of my daughter. Slow and steady is how I need to do it - I CAN DO THIS!!

My Goals:
My ultimate long term goal at this point is to lose 73 pounds. I know that goals are global and can be considered living I can alter this goal as needed. I am trying to focus on getting healthy and fit, not strictly to look better (but that would be AWESOME too).

My Program:
80-20 is how I like it. 80% of the time I watch my portions and nutrition and 20% of the time I let myself enjoy food. All within reason of course because why undo what you have worked so hard to do? I have stuck with this program the longest of anything, EVER, and I will not give up. If I keep moving I will reach my goals!

Personal Information:
I am from Upstate NY, we call it cow country. I am about 10 minutes from the Canadian border - eh?!
I am a single mom of a beautiful four year old girl and I love her so much som days it hurts! I recently graduated from a community college and am hoping to find a job in my field very soon - fingers crossed. I am 28 years old and have commited to myself that I will lose this weight once and or all before I turn 30!

Other Information:
CURVES for Women is the best exercise program out there for women! It fits any fitness level and really works. The atmopshere is great and the members and staff are so helpful. Having such a wonderful "gym" that supports me is awesome. I encourage any women who reads this to call their local Curves, go in and check it out and see for yourself!
