Would love to wear shorts next summer and feel comfortable and maybe even sexy wearing them. Haven't worn shorts, not even in my own house for years.

Fitness Minutes: 1,958

My Goals:
Played field hockey in high school, and would love to be in that shape again. I just don't feel comfortable in my own skin right now. Hopefully by next summer, I will be able to show some, but less than I have now.

My Program:
 I have been going to Curves for the past year and have lost a few inches, but my eating habits have not let me overcome the scale! So I continue to go to Curves, and am using the menus from Sparkpeople to eat the right foods, and the right amount of foods.

    Hi Sue.

    I hope your grandfather is ok. You can vent anytime you need to....that is what friends are for! I do know how it is but mostly it is with my mother. Her health is not good and I fear that something will happen one day sooner than later. My father also...diabetic and doesn't take care of it well. And they are in their 60's!

    Anyway, I hope you had a good Thanksgiving despite the "excitement" and have a great trip today.
